House League

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once House League teams are full, usually around April 15, new registrations will be placed on a waitlist.

House League Team Requests

  • Only one request per player will be considered.
  • Requests to be on the same team as another player must be reciprocated by that player.
  • Enter requests in the “special request” section of the registration form. All requests are subject to availability.
  • No requests will be accepted after April 15.

Rep, Elite and HPP

Before You Register: Only register if you have attended tryouts and have been offered a spot on a Rep, Elite or HPP team.

Rep, Elite and HPP club registration fees are paid directly to RHPBC. They are separate from team fees collected by coaches or team managers. Please contact your coach for more information.

Before You Register — All Players

Please read and ensure you understand the Refund Policy before registering.

  • Payment: Credit card payment is required for all registrations. Payments are processed securely through PayPal; a separate PayPal account is not required.
  • Your account email: For first-time users, your email address identifies you in the registration system. Choose an address you regularly use and can remember.
  • Receive club emails: Add service@richmondhillbaseball.com to your contacts to help prevent club emails from being filtered into spam.

House League Uniforms and Equipment

Included in Your Fee

  • Full uniform: jersey, cap and baseball pants (pants are not provided for 6U)
  • Team photo and individual player photo
  • Diamond fees paid to the Town of Richmond Hill
  • Umpire fees
  • Equipment: bats, balls, bases and catcher’s gear, available at every game
  • Trophies for all players
  • Insurance coverage
  • T-Ball and Jr Rookie: one weekly session with practice and a game on the same day
  • All other divisions: one practice and one game each week

What You Need to Purchase

  • CSA-approved batting helmet with chin strap. A face mask is optional.
  • Baseball glove
  • Running shoes or baseball cleats with rubber cleats (no metal cleats)
  • Genital protection (jock)

No Shorts: Players must wear long track pants or baseball pants at all practices. Baseball pants are required for all games. Richmond Hill diamonds use limestone screening, which can scrape exposed knees and legs.
